Not because I find them boring but because for the whole duration that I’m actually reading that book, I’m immersed in a whole different world, where I’m just an onlooker. Then when the book ends, I find myself wanting to read more and more but I can’t… Unless of course there’s a sequel, but the book I just finished reading does not. Sadsies.
I hate kids that pretend like they know something but they really don't.
So obviously, everyone hates this kind of person but it just ticks me off even more when I for sure, know way more than them about that certain subject.
For example, dude posted something about an R32 GT-R passing by him today or some shit. Specifically, he said “GT-R BNR32 just passed by.” I’ll explain to you why I’m quite ticked off by this. Some of you may or may not be familiar with the game Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3, It’s kind of like Initial D with the game cards and everything. The game card shows the information about your current car, horsepower, model, chassis code and everything. That’s where he found out the chassis code of the car. How am I so sure that that was his source of knowledge for the chassis code of the R32 skyline? Simply because even the people I know that own skylines, don’t refer to it as a BNR32, it’s just an R32.
And just so I don’t seem like an utter douchebag that is just trying to show up some snobby kid, here’s some proof that I at least know a little about skylines.
Nissan first started producing Skylines in 1957, they are still being manufactured but no longer under the name Skyline, it is now simply just the GT-R.
The most popular models are the R32, R33, R34 Skyline.
The engines in these models were either CA18, RB20, RB25, RB26 and the RB26 NEO, the engine you got depended on which trim bought.
There were four main trims to choose from, GT-R, GT-S, GT-E, GX-I
Things were so different, they have a a uniform(-ish) thing going on now. Has to be blue, white or gray or something like that. There’s a new principal, thank God, the old one was always pissed at me for some reason. lol. My grade 8 teacher is pregnant, again apparently, she had another child before this one that I didn’t know about. She kept our graduation picture pinned up at the very top, which is pretty awesome.
My grade 7 teacher is now the special needs teacher, which is kinda good, she’s getting older and perhaps she should slow down. I asked her when she was going to retire and she said that she can retire right now if she wanted but she likes being a teacher so much so she’s still staying. What a nice teacher right? I remember when she coached my volleyball team! Those were the freaking days man, I didn’t give a shit about anything back then, now I’m all worried about what I’m gonna be when I grow up and shit.
I guess what I’m trying to say is, I miss the old days…
